 After you "Get Your Rate" you will get a term sheet and if acceptable, we will send you a list of things needed for your loan. From that point, you are off and running! We do everything possible to get your loan approved and closed.

If necessary, we can obtain a quick property appraisal, perform our due diligence, review the borrower documentation, and complete the underwriting process ASAP.

Each loan is underwritten to our flexible portfolio underwriting guidelines. Final pricing and rates are always tied to risk. But usually, we can get your project approved in a timely manner.
