  • Interest Accrued on Drawn Balance
  • Loan to Value: up to 75%
  • Loan to Cost: up to 85%
  • Term: 6 – 9 months

In need of a loan fast? Our Bridge Loan keeps you from missing out on an opportunity when a traditional loan can’t be processed in time to meet your closing date.


If you need cash quickly, we can do a cash out refinance if you have a viable payoff strategy in a year or less! Our Bridge Loan can be used for purchase, refinance, and cash out transactions.

The Bridge-To-Build Loan serves builders and developers, from acquisition through financing to go vertical. The loan supports the process of securing plans and permits.


The Oppenheimer Realty Capital team has experienced this process hundreds of times over the last decade. We know how to quickly structure a customized Bridge-To-Build Loan for your specific project for up to an 18 month term… and you only have to close on one upfront loan.

  • Loan Amounts: up to $10,000,000 total loan of project
